Santa Maria Seasoning - 90g

Coarse, savoury and almost sugar-free: the Californian tri-tip tradition of salt, pepper and garlic with parsley and rosemary added. Visibly coarse in the jar and on the meat. The least sweet of the range by a wide margin.

HOW TO USE

Beef: tri-tip, picanha, sirloin, rump, steaks of any cut. Season heavily just before grilling over hardwood or high heat. Also excellent on garlic bread, roast potatoes and grilled vegetables.
