How do I place a wholesale order?
If you don't already have an account, you can register here. If you do have an account, log in here. Once logged in, place an order by browsing the products or by using the Quick Order feature.
What are your shipping terms?
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £150, a £15 shipping charge applies. We send all orders using a tracked next-day courier service to mainland UK for orders placed before 2pm.
Can you offer faster delivery if needed?
Yes. We offer next-day, next-day AM, or weekend delivery if required. Email us first and we will do our best to arrange the option that suits you.
What are your payment terms?
Your first order must be paid upfront. After that, you may apply for 30-day payment terms, subject to approval.
How do I apply for 30-day terms?
Once you have placed and paid for your first order, contact us to request a credit account form.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Unopened items in good condition can be returned within 30 days. Just contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
What if something arrives damaged or not right?
If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We will make it right.
Can I sell your products online?
Yes, you’re welcome to sell on your own website or in-store. We just ask that you don’t list our products on Amazon or use our brand name in paid search ads.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. If you're based outside the UK and would like to place an order, just get in touch first so we can talk through the best way to make it work.
