Quality and documentation.
What is supplied, how approval works, and what you can ask for. The exact controls depend on what is being made, so the technical requirements are agreed at the start.
Production is matched to the right route for the product, the format and the volume.
SALSA-approved production routes are available where a project needs them. Accreditation belongs to the production facility, and current certificates are supplied during technical approval.

Repeat supply
Once approved, the recipe, the specification and the artwork are fixed. Any change goes through you before it goes into production. Finished stock can be held and called off against a forecast.
